Switching networks has become a lot simpler – allowing you to monitor your account status and get your PAC code using a simple SMS / Text message.

Apparently it works on all networks in the UK

• Text 65075 with message PAC – to get your PAC code sent to you. You need a PAC code to transfer your existing mobile number to your new provider (make sure you have it BEFORE you change contracts)
• Text 87075 with message INFO – to get information the status of your current contract.

Should save you hours of waiting on the phone! Don’t forget speaking to your existing provider will often result in some great offers being made – to retain your business.
